16 March 2026 Hello sir,
Mere papa govt. Servant the unhone Ghar sale kiya, jisne buy kiya usne amount ko capital gain account dal diya, toh abb jab hum naya ghar bana rhe h toh uss capital gain amount ko hi use krna chahte h but bank bol rha h ki hum unn venders ko direct paymnt krenge jinka bill app hume doge..
But mujhe ghar banane me labour sand stone aur jo b expenses hai uske liye pere pass amount ni hai toh main kaise woh capital gain amount paa skta hu jisse mere jo ghar banane me schote mote expenses h usko kar saku please guid me.

17 March 2026 Banks often insist on direct vendor payments from a CGAS account to ensure compliance, but this is impractical for daily labour and local materials. To access funds for these expenses, the depositor must submit a formal withdrawal request (Form C/D) accompanied by an Architect/Engineer's detailed estimate highlighting cash-heavy requirements, and a covering letter explaining that these are unorganized sector payments. The depositor must then maintain a muster roll and cash receipts to prove utilization before requesting the next installment.
