we purchased land in 2004 & sold it in 2010 for which payment is made in instalments every year. So, how can i calculate capital gain or how to do indexing

IF U HAVE HANDED OVER THE POSSESSION OF LAND ENTIRE CONSIDERATION WILL BE TAKEN AS ACCRUED IN 2010
INDEXATION WILL BE DONE ACCORDINGLY IN 2010
