I HAVE A LAND @SANAND, AHMEDABAD & IT WAS TAKEN WITHOUT WILL & THIS LAND WAS ACQUIRED BY GUJARAT GOVERNMENT FOR NANO PLANT WHAT WAS THE TAX IMPLICATION IN THIS GAIN. UNDER WHICH SECTION IT WILL BE EXEMPT OR TAXABLE
