IN IT RETURNS IF WE GET GAIN IN CAPITAL GAINS , THEN WE INVEST IN REC BONDS IS IT TAX FREE OR AFTER 3 YEARS WE HAVE TO PURCHASE ANY PROPERTY

Maturity proceeds of REC bond is tax free. No need to purchase property with such proceeds.
