IF THE AGRICULTURAL LAND PURCHASED ON 1-6-2012 & SALED ON 20-06-2013 WHETHER SHORT TERM & CAN ANY EXEMPTION AVAILED IF NO NEW ASSET PURCHASED?

Agri. land not within notified area, not covered under definition of capital asset, sale proceeds will not attract I. tax, if not treated as adventure in trade.
