04 February 2017 Having a land acquired in the year 2002 for an amount of ₹2 lakh and willing to sell in the current year for a value of ₹60lakh .... And constructed a house in 2015-2016 (before selling land)by talking a loan around 40lakhs..... Whether any capital gain exemption can be availed on the investment made on the construction of the house ?
