We are a proprietory concern now
turned into partnership firm.
we have a TAN for propriotory firm.
Do we need to cancel the old TAN??
I think, we need to cancel, so what
is the procedure to cancel the same.
Plz let us know..

Yes, you need to surrender this TAN and apply for fresh TAN on the name of partnership firm.
