Please tell me what is the procedure for GST Cancellation. is it possible to cancel the same from Sept 20 onwards.

02 September 2020 You have to login to the GSTN portal.Then under services tab, select Registration and under that selection Application for cancellation of registration.Fill the form REG-16 and submit with Signatures.

02 September 2020 Yes you have to file all returns,pay all taxes and demands,if any.You can cancel anytime during the year.
