17 November 2011 Dear Sir
my one company has transfer there raw material stock from one state to another against form F. But our local officer is denying that one can not transfer raw material stock from one branch to another? According to my knowledge one company can transfer his stock against form f. Please give me a proper answer of my query as early as possible.

21 November 2011 For Stock transfer Form is only required, but you are transferring raw materials so I think officer is asking about Form 62 also so discussed with him clearly.
