Dear sir,
one of my client want to take two TIN NO.in the same state, means he has already a TIN No. but he want an additional tin no.Is it possible if yes then how ?

Same individual cannot take two RCs (TIN) with same address with same business in same town and same state. Nowadays it is issued after getting the PAN number and the issuing authority will come to know that your client is having already a tin number.
