Can income tax return be revised?

Hi,
I have Submitted itr 4 for Assesment Year 2016-17 in income tax efilling portal.
In the field city I have eronously written Malda, which should be Kolkata. Though all other personal information as address,Pincode, area are correct.
Should I submit again revised return correcting Malda to Kolkata.
I have written 'Designation of AO (Ward / Circle)' as Kolkata.
Is there any chance that my jurisdiction circle which is now kolkata will change to Malda?
plz advise.

you can file revised return even before getting RECEIPT status
