Please note that each and every entity (Bank, Railway, Income Tax, VAT, Service Tax and others) has stipulated as which which documents are acceptable. The list of such documents is not ONE and SAME for all. Even sometimes it differs from bank to bank and state to state.
However, the documents like VOTER ID Card and Passport are acceptable every where.
