can a advocate signed on the memorandum of association & atricle as a witness and what a advocate make or registered a new compapy without ca,cs and icwai
my friend mr sunil is a advocate he have a degree as a M.Com, LL.B, LL.M. And ITP. can a registred a new company and signed on memorandum as a witness

Sec 15 & sec 30 of companies Act , is silent about any qualifiaction for witness. So I think , any body can become witnes , who shall attest the signature.
