16 September 2008 How can I determine annual value of the property as assessed by the local authority for the purpose if wealth tax.

In my locality no local taxes are there and municipal corporation has no rules for assessing annual value.

Please suggest me.

16 September 2008 There cannot be a muncipality without a tax structure. They will some valuation and come method for fixing the house tax, you can consider that to arrive at the annual value.
