19 January 2010 CAN STUDENT GET PHOTOCOPIES OF THEIR ANSWERSHEETS OF CA EXAMS?? I HEARD THAT THEY CAN GET IT UNDER RTI ACT...AND IF YEAS PLEASE TELL ME WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO OBTAIN SUCH COPIES??

20 January 2010 Yes there was a Delhi HC judgement against ICAI. As per the judgemet ICAI had to provide answer sheets. Judgement was made in favour of Vishikita Vikas Soni.but still ICAI is not in a mood to provide answer sheets.
So better study for next attempt.
