CA final(old ) scheme

I clear my CA(Final) group -1 in Nov 08 attempt but my second Group was cleared long back i.e may 02. I have a doubt that due to long back I cleared my 2nd group, wheather it is still valid or not. And if i am qualified what steps I should take to get my memebrship certificate.
