Will there be a change in isca syllabus also if the very subject has been brought to 50 marks for the ca final assesements from 2018,keeping in view that i havn't yet registered for ca finals

Yes, as per the proposal when the ISCA paper marks gets reduced to 50, it is likely to see portions being tweaked accordingly.
