sir, my final exam attempt due in may 2016. when should I join coaching classes and where in mumbai

At this time try to do one or two subjects by yourself.For instance you can take up sfm & video lectures of Dr jb gupta along with his book are available within 1200-1500.you can also take up isca(Manish valecha).
Due to introduction of companies act ,2013 there are changes in law,audit.So there is no use of taking coaching right now.for these subjects wait till nov 14.Though they can be managed by self study also.
DT & IDT should be taken after aug/sept 15.
costing & accounts can be taken from may14onwards.

not yet. its too early. I believe you should start with some self study to get rough idea of what the syllabus is. the self study shall also give you an idea of what areas come easy to you and where you face difficulty.
You should look for coaching somewhere around December 14. you can first take up the practical subjects like costing, FM, and accounts. You can also do ISCA. keep law and tax for later as they change too much and too often.
