please give me some tips to understand law very easily

To understand law you need to study it with intensity. Read the sections carefully and write the Crux of the section in your own words along with respective case law reference so that it will be easy for you to revise. Or alternatively use highlighter to mark the important part. But above all regular study with intensity is required.

I guess Mercantile Law is the easiest subject in CPT. It is all related to our day to day life and nothing more than this. Just go through the study material fully twice or thrice before exams, i am sure you will come out flying colors.
