IT CAN PURCHASE AND CANCEL IN ITS BOOKS AS LIABILITY. THE DIFFERENCE OF PURCHASE PRICE AND FACE VALUE IS GENERALLY PROFIT. IT HAS NOT TO PAY INTEREST ON THE SAME.
