one of the party which is a trading concern had exported taxable goods amounting rs 1.5 lakh in a financial year 2008-09. It was a direct export by the party . does the party require a CA certificate . Can Sales tax officer demand a CA certificate in this concern. Forms h where not issued and Tax was paid on purchase of goods used for exports . Please help me , its urgent .

thanx for the reply rohan but i have not claimed any refund of the vat paid but utilised the vat on my local sales liability . thus i still need to submit the anything in this regards .
