i don't know the procedures for transfer. I just get my principal's sign in form 109. what to do with it? I didn't send any requisition letter to icai for approval. i'm so much confused. pls................ help me

12 February 2012 As per the present scheme those students who wants to take transfer of their articleship first send to request letter for transfering articleship to ICAI with proper reason to take transfer of articleship if got permission from ICAI then send form 109 after acceptance of form 109 by the ICAI articleship has to be re-registered at the new employer but in your case you didn't get the prior permission from icai so my suggestion is first send form 109 it will be leave penalty for not getting pre-permission from ICAI pay it and your problems solves.
