Ca articelship transfer in 2nd year

16 February 2018 I m 2nd year article.I doing my articleship in pune,maharashtra & i want a transfer to my home state Gujarat.Is it a valid reason?Will ICAI grant me permission to take transfer as i want to change my city as well as state.Please help!
