SIZE OF THE CA BOARD?

From what i have read, i understand that the name board shall be 2*2 with white back ground and font to be painted in navy blue color only. No use of glow signs or lights is permitted, rather no fancy looks.

from the understanding i have the size of the name board shall be 2*2 with the board having plain white background and font to be painted in navy blue color. Also no use of glow signs or light are permitted .
