C issues against safety equipments

30 January 2012 we are the manufacturer of FMCG goods, we have purchased safety equipments/fire extinguisher for our unit. Whether C form can be issuable for this items? It is not relates to input or mfg commodities?

if we declare, we can issue C forms?

Please advice.

30 January 2012 C forms can be issued the materials mentioned in your CST registration certificate annexure, please check the same.

But generally department will not include these goods. just check and issue
