pls tell me we had been issued two c forms for one party of same quater.what will i do tell me,

(1) No difference in two forms :
you can make cancelled application for one of form no. and submit to your regional office.
(2) Difference in two forms :
Substantial argument is required for difference. Follow what officer says. Some satisfaction charge is required to officer.
