04 December 2009 You can demand extra C Form or Advance C Form by fresh application to department by attached suppporting documents.

04 December 2009 the dept has already issued a c form for a particular qtr in favour of a particular party for suppose 8 bills. but now suppose 2 additional bills which wer thr wer missed out in earlier c form and now r to be included.
so is it necessary to cancel earlier c form and make a new c form for say 10 bills together or i can take an additional c form for 2 bills without cancelling the original c form.

04 December 2009 First of all revise Vat/CST return and if possiable surrender C Form Issued by department of that party. and fresh requition submit to department.

if not posible to surrender c form then department will suggest to you for next step.
