Please Help me

I had to issue a C form after march (25.04.2011)for the purchase rendering on march 2011. Can I shown this C form details in my Audit report of sales Tax , 13 & 13A for the year 2010-11 ?. the date of issue of C form is april 2011 for the purchase of march 2011.
