Hello, hw to verify bank reconciliation statement & tds of a non profit organisation,to be specific, a medical college?

for applicability of tds u need to check in case whether the college has applied for nil or lower deduction of tax from dept , if yes then check the relevant certificate issued by dept,
whther all transaction requiring t deduct tds u/s 192-196D if any applicable is correctly and actually deducted for this check the tds return filed in all 4 quarters, along with tds certificate issued to its employess and to professionals are issued in time ?
whther after deducting tds is paid to gvt within time limit?
