I am C.A. doing practice from last 1 year 6 month in my city Bikaner
I am thinking to Go for Job. But Generally every Co. bound to employees to for 2 & 3 year for work otherwise we have to repay to co. 6 months salary.

I want to know that
1. Does co. really execute the bond if we leave to job.

2. Does this bond is valid. Bcz they are limiting our business & professions Scope.

If an Indian co enters into a contract with another Indian co for rendering of technical service in Indonesia whether service tax is leviable if the Indian co raises their invoice 1. Indian currency 2 in foreign currency

an invoice is raised on Indian party either in inr or in foreign currency. Whether ST is leviable

In INC-8 declaration has to be given as under:

Declare that all the requirements of Companies Act, 2013 and the rules
made thereunder relating to registration of the company under the Act and
matters precedent or incidental thereto have been complied with.

Which sections and rules of companies Act 2013 deal with formation of company that the person signing should be aware of and check before signing the declaration?

INC-8 has to be signed by advocate or CS or CMA or CA saying they have been engaged to in the formation of the company.

1) Should their name appear in AOA ?

2) If yes, please let me know the clause format to mention the name in AOA

Subscriber signature in MOA has to be attested by at-least one witness and state that “I witness to subscriber(s), who have subscribed and signed in my presence; Further I have verified their identity details for their identification and satisfied myself of their identification particulars as filled in"

1) As per law who can be a witness?

2) Does the witness has to mention his address and qualification IN MOA while signing as witness?

Subscribers to MOA of private company have agreed to invest in certain no. of equity shares. Company is incorporated. Can they open a bank account just by giving board resolution to bank to open account or do they also need to give PAN?

Note that if PAN is to be given to bank, then it will take another 2 or 3 weeks to open bank account after incorporation.

Please also let me know what is the time before which subscribers to MOA have to invest money in company after incorporation ? Please quote section, if possible.

if TDS certificate not download till 30th july,2014 then what will be the consequences.

What is periodicity to download 26 AS.and how many times it can be download.

A Proprietor firm overtaken by a Private Limited in 2013,the proprietor converted Director have 10% of total shares. Other two Directors have equal remaining shares. Now, the Proprietor Director want to remove other two Directors.
Is it Possible ??
