what is the interest rate for late payment of tax under Delhi VAT ?
we have started a new small firm and we have raised invoice and payment not received there is any provision so that we can pay tax on receipt basis instead of invoice basis ?

can anybody tell me the date of payment of tax under Delhi Vat for a newly small proprietorship firm ....... whether Quarterly/Monthly..............??

DVAT is required to be deposit on 21st of following month for all kind of dealer. There is not exemption or extension for small or big dealer. So to save yourself for 15% interest per year pay tax on time.
