What is the procedure of PF calculation?

Cancellation of TAN

Hello,

We are a proprietory concern now
turned into partnership firm.

we have a TAN for propriotory firm.
Do we need to cancel the old TAN??

I think, we need to cancel, so what
is the procedure to cancel the same.

Plz let us know..

Non Filing of Return

Sir,
Please reply on this case:
"One company registered in 30-03-1998 for general trading, hire and purchase purpose. It has no activity till date (say 2008). Till date it has not filing even single return. Till Date Company status is “Active”. Now directors want to start activity with this company with changing the memorandum and article of association(For Medicine Manufacturing). What will be it penalty for non filing of Income tax return, ROC return?”

Interest on House property

A Jointly owned Property(Flat Self Occupied)by Husband & Wife both having salary Income, on that flat Interest has been paid to bank Rs.450000/-.

Wheather both can Claim Interest deduction U/s 24 Loss from House property Rs.150000/- Individually in their Respective Return or deduction is restricted to Rs 150000 Individually Claiming Rs.75000 each.
Housing Loan is in the name of both husband & wife

Form 23AC & Form 20B

Dear sir,

My company is a pvt. ltd. company its AGM held on 29.09.2008. But we have not submitted form 23AC & Form 20B in ROC till date for the f.y. 2007-08. Our authorised share capital Rs. 25 Lacs. What would be the penalty for late e-filling in ROC.

44AB for properietor ship

1. An individual have 2 properietorship concenrs A & B. Turnover of A is Rs. 45 Lacs & B is Rs. 50 Lacs.
He have to take 2 Tax audit report?

2. A CA can sign 45 Tax Audits, if he sings the above 2 audits, how much remaining he can sign - 44 or 43?
