What rate of TDS will be charge on bus hire charges of rs.7000/-.

Car / Bus hire charges will come under sec 194C. To ensure single payment exceeds Rs.20k and cumulative payment Rs.50k p.a.
TDS rate is 2% plus SC plus Cess.
TDS rate is 2% plus SC plus Cess.

Deduct TDS @ 2%+sc+education cess if total payments exceeds Rs 20k at one time or if cumulative payments for the year exceed Rs 50k.
