Can a company - manufacturing avail credit on audit fees and security chargeds

Yes u can avail credit. But the same can be use for paying Service Tax and not the Central Excise bcz u wl pay service tax on audit fee or security charges

Sorry for the unclear reply. If u r registered under Central Excise only u can take credit of the srvice tax paid on the above services. Suppose if u r registered under Service Tax also u should take credit of the above ST paid to pay service tax only.
But u clearly mentioned "MANUFACTURING CO". So undoubtedly u can take credit.
