can employee get HRA exemption for rent paid to his father / grandma for residing in his father's / grandma's house?
can employee get HRA exemption for any contribution made to family expenditure by him as rent paid to his father / grandma?

If a company arranges the purchase of staff refresements like bislery, biscuits, etc from a local stores shop who offers free delivery and charges for the purchases via monthly invoices, which do not have service tax for such arrangement, Is the purchase liable to FBT and is TDS deductible u/s 194C.
(the pymts do excceed the minimum level of Rs. 50000/-)

We are imported machinery in poanta Sahib (Himachal Pardesh) when custom department clear the machinery they charge all duty on bill but in himachal we cant take any duty benefit due to tax free zone. please give any suggestion for duty refund

Dear all Members If One Person's Salary is 20000 Monthly But Every Month He is Getting 15000 Lumpsum Amount in hand after the Deduction of Salary for those Days on which he is Absent. So For Tax Teatment and Return Filing Which Salay Will be Considered as Rs. 20000/- or Rs. 15000. This is The Deduction of Salary for those Days on Which he is Absent.
