my company filed I.T. Return for the year 2006-07 by online

I Joined Recently and willing to file the return for 2007-08 however the usual username is PAN No. but nodody is having the Password

How can we retrieve the password

Unpaid bonus

Kindly tell me, what should be the treatment for bonus which remains unpaid even after expiry of 2 years after the end of relevant financial year? Which Act provides such treatment? I have read that the unpaid bonus has to be transfered in 'Unclaimed bonus A/c' which has to be maintained for 7 years, after which it has to be transfered to 'Government's General Fund'. but which Act provides this treatment?

please say me if a partner ship firm has given bank gurantee and against the bank guarntee the have kept fd as security.

Recd.amt as advance 300000.00
parnter has withdrawn the money and made fd 150000+150000=300000.00 not no firm name but on their name
please say me what entry should be passed in the partnership firm books
