Reg:same tin and pan number

Dear Sir,
we have two firms for which we have same TIN & PAN number. My question is weather they will be considered as seperate firm or one firm.

Gratuity received for less than 5yrs of experiance?

What if an employee receives gratuity even though he didn't serve 5yrs to the company? can he claim gratuity exemption? what are the provisions related to this?

If in a Private limited company listed with shares, there are three Directors(A, B @ c) with equal share holding. If DirectorB transfers all his shares to DirectorC and DirectorB resigns all this without giving intimation to DirectorA. Is there any legal action that can be taken by DirectorA

How to adjust dr and cr with two separate parties,

Dear Sir,

We are "A" company and "B" company is our debtor for Rs.1 Lac,

Now "B" is unable to pay, so he says to collect this money from his debtor "C" company,

So what formalities are authenticated by income tax act and how to we proceeds for this system,

Regarding sad

Can both registered or unregistered manufacturers and registered or unregistered dealers can take refund of SAD @ 4%?Please elaborate who can take(mfg or dealer) & whether he must be registered or not?
