We are planing Clear of goods from the premises of Job worker.then which challan use for send the sami goods/raw mat at job worker place

If you want to remove your semi finished goods to another job worker from the premises of first job worker, you can use the same type of job work challan under notification no. 214/86, mentioning the following remark "Goods are sent to another job worker for further process from the premises of first job worker direclty due to save the double transportation and time." It means that you have to issue two separate challans for both job workers. But for following this procedure, you must have sent your job work intimation to the department accordingly and specifically.
