Hello everyone,
i want to close an pvt ltd co. having capital rs.100000/- and members/dirs are husband and wife.
assets of the company comprises of loans and advances and room in chawl and bank bal.
liability are amt payable to directors.
someone plz. send me detailed procedure for closing the company ?
