I was downloading consoldated file from traces site, to file revise tds return. There I see a link "Download justification Report"

What is the use of this link.

Dear All,

We are selling some machinery to a party from Nepal. We are a small manufacturing unit not registered with Central Excise. However we are having IEC Certificate.

I want to know, Can we sell machinery to Nepal without paying duty. What is the procedure for removal of it? Which invoice is to be used for such sell ?
