for a private limited company what is the procedure and forms to be filed for appointment of a MD who is WTD of the same company.

Hi
Call a Board Meeting and change the designation of WTD to MD. Thereafter you will file Form-32 with ROC for change in designation.
Before doing this you will take consent from MD for changing his position.
