Dear Experts

I want to know
whether there is any requirement to file any form with MCA
as and when Private or Public limited company pass resolution
( whether Special resolution or ordinary resolution )

IF YES then
1. which Form is used to file such resolution

2. within which time period it must be filed

Tds on sale of property

I have a doubt related to deduction of Tax on sale of Property :
Suppose the value of property is more than Rs. 50 lac and we have made payment of 4-5 instalments before June 2013 and still some instalments are to be paid.
My query is - whether we have to deduct tax only from the amount which we shall pay after June 2013 or it has to be deducted from previous payments also (i.e. from the instalments paid before June).
Even though in my opinion it should not be applicable on previous payments, still I want Expert opinion.

Bonus payment

Hi,

If a Private Ltd Company follows a calender year (Jan-Dec) to calculate bonus.

And, further it pays that bonus in the following year (in the month of March with March's salary). The policy of the company states that if an employee is present till 31 March (on bonus payment date) will only get bonus for the said period (Jan-Dec - previous year) and if he doesn't then he will not get it. Even, if an employee leaves the company on 25 March then also he is not eligible to get the same for the period (Jan - Dec).

However, please advice if this is correct and such policies can be in force and if not then can an employee has any scope to challenge this?.

Could someone please advice on this.

Sir,

1. is Epf allowed as expenditure or not?
2. If Epf not allowed as expenditure, how to pass journal entry in books of accounts

Eg: Gross salary Rs.1,00,000/-
Salary advance 10000
Epf Rs.2500/-

A)Salary A/c.....1,00,000

To Advance 10000
To Epf payable(liablity) 2500
To salary payable 87500

(if epf allowed as expenditure)

B) If need not allowed as expenditure how to pass journal entry. please reply
