I have joined article ship on Sep 30th. I put the same date in the registration forms.. As My auditor is busy, he is not ready to sign and send the forms before 30th of OCT. When I asked him for the signature, he Told "Your Date of registration will be 30 sep, I can send the forms even after 1 month with fine.. You do not worry. Your Final attempt will not be get delayed for 6 months" Is this true?

My query regarding M-vat return. Our client is register delar as per M-vat Act. Last month we are purchase interstate. Party charged Cst as 5% it is local vat rate. So my problem regarding vat return. Can i shown Net amount & vat amount in interstate purchases or in local purchase.

i have to write cs-executive exams in may 2014. when the study materials were dispatched by ICSI, there was a shortage of tax material..so, a letter was sent to me along with the other books that this tax material will be dispatched soon.
its been 3 months and I haven't received tax material till date. how should I deal with the further process?

Hi I've sold my old residential property after 3 years from purchasing it, which gave me long term capital gains of 30 lacs. The old property was in joint name of me & my father. With this capital gains, I plan to buy a new house but would prefer to register it in my mother's name. Would I still get exemption under Sec-54 ?
