28 October 2013 i have to write cs-executive exams in may 2014. when the study materials were dispatched by ICSI, there was a shortage of tax material..so, a letter was sent to me along with the other books that this tax material will be dispatched soon.
its been 3 months and I haven't received tax material till date. how should I deal with the further process?

29 October 2013 thanks for the reply. I did online registration and the ICSI chapter in our area is yet to develop (don't have even a proper building).
