if someone passed in ipcc after completing aricleship... toh wo final ka exam kb de skta hai ?

Final exams depend upon 2.5 year completion of articleship and completion of both grp of IPCC..
Suppose you've cleared both grp of ipcc in this nov 2013, but ur articleship is still pending,
on co0mpletion of 2.5 years of articleship you can write CA final..

ok thanks but if i completed my articleship and ipcc also in nov 2013... and after passed i will apply for registration... in feb.. than can i give my final exam in november 14?

If you cleared in this aatempt and ur articleship is over 2.5 years, then you have to take admission as soon as possible with filling exam form and you can sit on May,2014 Exam as well as Nov,2014 exams...

ok sir... i listen that after registration of ca final... we need to complete at least nine months... to give first attmept....i.e. if i registred in feb 13 , than i can give after 9 months my exam,,.. its true?

In Direct entry to IPCC level Scheme,
At least 9 months of artilceship is required to write IPCC Exams..
If you were registered thru direct entry scheme and you have completed ur 9 months articleship then you can write IPCC in coming Nov..

If you have completed article ship and also IPCC then you can give final exam in next attempt, if you have made registration in final.
There is no time period of 9 months is specified for appearing in final exam.
So get registration in final and appeared in final exam.
