I want to know our efiling password because my Client have dispute with his CA. and now hi did not provide us Password.
pls tell me how to reset my password by without use of three option below.
1. security quastion
2. no any efiling till date.
3. no digital signature.

except above any other way to recover password then tell me.

If we are claiming HRA exemption u/s 10 of Income Tax act,1961 for the rent paid as tenant, there is requirement as to Furnish the PAN no. of Landlord if Rent paid is equal to or more than 1lac p.a.

My question is what will be the scenario if this rent of 1 lac or above is paid to more than 1 owner as Co owners of House as landlord , Then whether the PAN of both the CO Owners is required to be furnished???

Is the limit of 1lac or more is per owner or only P.a.??

Dear Members plz help me out wid d following query : A sub-contract has been given to an individual labour contractor for fabrication, erection and welding job for Oil storage tanks. Its a pure labour contract and rates as per Work Order are fixed on per MT basis of work done.. Now d question is wheather d same shoul b treated as Manpower supply service? The sub-contractor has already raised his first running bill charging service tax @ 12.36% on 25% of bill value, claiming it to be manpower supply service liable under Reverse Charge
