hello... Buddy I want take transfer in ll'nd year of articleship and no basic rules are applied at me which rules provided by icai. But I have financial problems and my father also had health problems nowadays. so I want support my father. now I am lives Noida but my home town is Mathura. plz help me now what I do. my principle has grant me for taking transfer.

1.i sold a house in april 2013 and earned a LTCG of Rs. 50.00 lakhs and deposit the same in CGAS. Now I dont want to purchase any assets and want to withdraw money from the CGAS what is the proceedure to get the certificate fron I/Tax department as my banker told me to get and submit the letter/certificate issued by the I/Tax department.
2. Also let me know if I purchase/construct house within the stipulated period am I required to invest 50.00 lakhs or 50.00 lakhs plus interest earned on CGAS.

is taxi is covered in defination of vehicle in 44AE

there is exemption available to the Mutual Fund Agents or Distributors under mega exemption and what about Mutual Fund,

Are they exempt from service or there is any logic behind the exemption to the Mutual Fund.

if there is any proviso or notification or circular regarding the taxability of Mutual Fund, then please let me know.

Sir, a flat is registered in the name of husband & wife jointly for which payment was made in full by husband by a/c pay cheque from the bank a/c in the joint names of husband & wife. There was not contribution made from wife's account.

Can a son pay rent to his mother - considereing the case of no contribution from mother's a/c for the flat purchase? Whether any deed is required or simply rent receipt will be sufficient enough to claim house rent allowance by the son ?
