03 March 2014 hello... Buddy I want take transfer in ll'nd year of articleship and no basic rules are applied at me which rules provided by icai. But I have financial problems and my father also had health problems nowadays. so I want support my father. now I am lives Noida but my home town is Mathura. plz help me now what I do. my principle has grant me for taking transfer.

03 March 2014 if your principal is willing, then go for secondment to start with. also you can do unofficial secondment where your principal and any other CA in mathura may agree to allow you to work in Mathura on mutually agreeable terms.

03 March 2014 On the medical grounds of your father(even as per ICAI it not provided for transfer) you may get permission from ICAI for transfer.

So write a request letter to ICAI to grant termination of articleship on the medical grounds of your father with enclosures of your fathers medical reports copies, then ICAI may consider your case and it feels and understands your problem then it may permit you for transfer of articleship.

Trying to get success is better than keeping quit from trying your self.

So at-least try your self to get permission from ICAI.

As well as if any of the central council members are known to your employer then request your employer approach them for recommend by them to president of ICAI for your termination by explaining facts of your case orally.
