I have a question on assets. Does all intangible assets comes under fixed assets? or do we have any intangible asset which is not a fixed asset

There is a house co-owned by two assesses.
one of the assessee has one more house apart from the co-owned house.
So the question is whether one of the assessee can claim the co-owned house as Self-Occupied Property while the other claim as deemed let out property??

I am running proprietory business in mumbai, i had obtained PTRC no. in the month of dec,13.

currently i have not yet employed any staff, so there is no liability of PTRC on me.

Is it require to file Nil PTRC return for the FY13-14??

duration for filing PTRC return is monthly or yearly in case of 1st year of registration????

i had a capital loss of Rs.1300000 in 2008-09 and at that time return was filled on time and i had carry forwarded my loss but in the next period (2009-10) i had not filled return on time and carry forwarded my loss,now in 2010-11 i have capital gain of Rs. 1100000 can i take the set off in this year 2010-11 of capital loss which was in the year 2008-09

If an individual has a business t/o of 40lac and if he shows a profit of 2,50,000 which is less than 8% of T/O than does he fall u/s 44AB ???

sro no.0328156 aspired to appear for nov 2014 attempt for ipcc but ma article regestration is not done i mean i had sent ma documents on dec 2013 but after 3 months i am getting replay by icai saying that ma prinicpal have more than 10 students and we found that the list of students der giving have already completed 3year and not terminatied in records. My Issue is if some from that list is terminated den can i get the articles contine are should i have to join till the may attempt:(
