There is a house co-owned by two assesses.
one of the assessee has one more house apart from the co-owned house.
So the question is whether one of the assessee can claim the co-owned house as Self-Occupied Property while the other claim as deemed let out property??

yes. you can do so. there is no restriction on that.

the person having share in house + other deemed let out property only have the option but other have to show as sop
